Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party providers to deliver our services. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data:

• •Supabase — provides authentication and database hosting. Your email, account credentials, and birth data are stored securely in Supabase-managed infrastructure.
• •Vercel — provides website hosting and edge delivery. Vercel processes request metadata such as IP addresses and browser information as part of serving our platform.
• •Stripe — handles secure payment processing for premium subscriptions. Payment details (card number, billing address) are sent directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• •Brevo — powers transactional email communications such as account verification, password resets, and support notifications. Your email address is shared with Brevo to deliver these messages.
• •AI processing services — power AI-generated interpretations and readings. Birth data may be processed by our AI Cosmic Intelligence engine, but it is not permanently stored beyond your session and is not used to train AI models.
• •Google Analytics — collects anonymous, aggregated usage statistics to help us understand traffic patterns and improve our platform. No personally identifiable information is shared.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of each provider for details on how they handle your data.

Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Specific retention periods are as follows:

• •Account data — retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure
• •Calculation results in localStorage — stored locally on your device; you control when this data is deleted via your browser settings
• •Analytics data — aggregated and anonymized, retained for 12 months
• •Support tickets — retained for 24 months after resolution
• •Payment records — retained as required by applicable law (typically 7 years)
• •Email communications — retained for 12 months

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible.
